2 - 5 Oz Salmon Fillets
* 2 Tbs Pepper Peach Jam
1 Romain lettuce head
Spray Oil
Gorgonzola Cheese
Feta Cheese
Chopped Scallions
Can of Sliced Peaches in natural Juices
Wild Cherry Balsamic Vinaigrette (Recipe on Website)
Honey Roasted Almonds
Parchment Paper

Use air fryer preheated to 395 degrees for 10 minutes
Use silicane baking dish
While air fryer is heating, put parchment paper in silicon baking dish with salmon fillets
Top each piece of Salmon with 1 Tbs of Pepper peach Jam and peach slices
Cook in air fryer for 10 minutes at 395 degrees
Cut romaine lettuce length wise
Spray with spray oil
Grill for 1 and a half minutes
Plate grilled romaine lettuce
sprinkle chives over plate
Plate salmon over lettuce
Crumble and sprinkle gorgonzola cheese
Crumble and sprinkle Feta cheese
Top with honey roasted almonds
Dab the salad dressing on side of the lettuce and salmon
